Cuttlestones Auctioneers specialise in a full range of valuation services for probate, insurance and family division on behalf of the region's solicitors as well as for the general public.
VALUATION TIMES
We are open every Tuesday 2pm until 6pm and Thursday and Friday from 9am until 5pm and at other times by appointment. Please feel free to contact us if you require any further advice or a free home valuation.
VALUATION EVENTS
We regularly hold valuation events around the region covering areas such as Stafford, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Codsall, Brewood and, of course, Penkridge. Please watch for website notices for the next event near you.
INSURANCE VALUATIONS
If you require a written valuation of any items for insurance purposes, we are able to call on our team of experts to ensure that your possessions are assessed appropriately in accordance with current market values.
PROBATE OR FAMILY DIVISION VALUATIONS
This can be a difficult time, so let us take the strain. We make a preliminary inspection free of charge and can then supply an itemised valuation for estate probate or family division purposes, including clearance of the entire property if that is required.

HOUSE CLEARANCES
House clearances are undertaken to suit the clients’ requirements, ranging from the clearance of selected items to a complete clearance, which can include the cleaning of the property .
